Ramblin was a personable efficient and calm demeanor service advisor . I also like to mention Eduardo the man who welcomes us when we line up for our appointment as he has basic knowledge on Honda cars when I returned as I just left and noticed the light of tire pressure on. As I returned eduardo was walking up and he recognized I was just there for service and he asked me what happened. Eduardo said he can do the reset on my 2022 HRV and the technician just forgot to do it. Eduardo did it well.

Perhaps it was because you have a new computer system. I had an appointment for a simple oil service. Took 3 hours. I watched my car on a lift with the hood up for over 40 minutes. No one working on it. Usually. Your service is outstanding . Perhaps blame the new computer system. The bright light in this was Ramblin Diego. Great service and really jumped into action when I brought my situation. Thanks! Mark M
