Although Carlos was a complete gentleman, the issue my new vehicle hasn't been resolved. According to Carlos, my vehicles alert flr system update could not be completed due to the manufacturer inability to provide it. My entire system had to be deleted and redone due to connection issues. A huge concern! What was frustrating is the fact that it still took over 4 hours and the system update bot be completed. So either the dealership is over booking or under staffed. Not a good 1st experience. I do understand that some things may be out of theor control.

On the day I received service I was given a ride home by one of your employees. And on that ride home the employee was driving almost 100mph in the carpool lane on freeway which was very disappointing. I took video of the incident that occurred as well.
