I had never heard of that as a part of alignment issues. (had hit a pothole recently)

There are minor defects on the car, calling and looking for the right person to discuss about it is difficult to do.
You never get an update on things, you call to ask for an update and the person who answers the other line sounds irritated. Up til now, there’s no update on the status of the supposedly repair
