My experience at Norm Reeves Honda yesterday was stellar. I did not have an appointment that day to change my oil, but the staff was able to accommodate me and get me out in under an hour and a half. Art was very polite and attentive to needs at the time. I have a Honda dealer closer to my house but I don’t get the same level of service from your competitive dealer. Please reward art with the credit and merit that he deserves for his 10 out of 10 service with me yesterday. I will definitely come back again for all of my future vehicle needs!
