I am extremely disappointed not with your representative but with your policy that she clearly explained to me. Dropping off my car I was told that Norm Reeves would charge me $99 to diagnose the problem with my car. I subsequently got a call from your representative stating that because the technician could not “figure out the problem “ I would be charged an additional fee because it was taking so long to diagnose. If your technician is incompetent and he takes all day to figure out the problem….am I responsible to pay for his time?
