The last thing you took care of when I was there, is a recall. I’d like to know what it was. Also, starting with my drive home after the oil change and recall, I am noticing that lane assist is becoming unreliable. It will lose the lane even in optimal road condition.

Installed my own cabin air filter. When I looked over the charges, it said that they had replaced the cabin filter and I was getting charged for that. Of course I bought this up to the person helping me at the service counter and he said he would go retrieve the filter that was taken out. He asked for my keys, jumped in my car and drove back around, I’m assuming to the repai shop to retrieve the filter they claim was replaced. He came back with a filter but it was never shown to me. He was discussing something with a manager and I was eventually refunded the money for the filter, but that left a bad impression on me.

Trinity was extremely helpful and efficient. The only issue I had was the delay of the shuttle. I checked in at 10:50 and the shuttle did not return until 12:15. By that time I just waited the remainder of the service time but it wasn't what I was planning on doing.
