It’s always nice and quick, love the coffee bar, and the staff is always curious and friendly. Really like the pictures that show what parts of the car needs attention. Really enjoy taking my car to get serviced at this location.

I have insurance but your employee never checked what my insurance covers. He did mention that the code my car was showing A17 was oil change and brakes oil. I was assuming that he will come to me to let me know what they are going to do in my car, but he did not. When my car was done I said ok thank you. Then he said that I have to pay for the service he expects me to pay for the job that it was done in my car. I said I have insurance he said no. I said I do hereis my insurance the point is that they did a job I never approved because like I said he mention but he never said how much it is going to cost me . I end up paying for service I don’t know they are going to perform in my car. I don’t mind to pay for what my car needs but your employee never checked with me about that service.

I brought my car for Recall and did not anticipated any additional services. However, I have been informed about a nail in one of my tier and the technician and his manager informed me of other problems with my other tiers and recommended to change all 4 tiers in my car for Near $10000.00 ? I caked with my regular technician outside Honda and he informed me that it was not necessary since he recently did maintenance in my car. I need to be provided with electrical asssessment of my car to validate the accuracy of assessment by Honda technician technician’s tiers inspection for nail and other damages he claims he detected.
