Trinity was extremely helpful and efficient. The only issue I had was the delay of the shuttle. I checked in at 10:50 and the shuttle did not return until 12:15. By that time I just waited the remainder of the service time but it wasn't what I was planning on doing.

She assured me that she would check in with me throughout the process, and she did. She checked in with technicians about questions I had and got back to me in a timely manner.
