I had made an appointment and got there at 12 didn’t and when I was instructed to go to the wait are I waited until 1:40 before someone called me and asked if I was here and I said yes I was instructed to go to the wait area. She then proceeded to tell me I was going to get my car serviced and then check in an issue I had with my car making noise and I asked her how long will it take she said no more then an hour. I waited until 4:30 and I went and asked about my car to then be told to wait and that the issue with the noise wasn’t even looked at or worked on. I was also told to wait because they were going to conduct a check for recalls. This experience was terrible I waited 4 hours for my car to be rushed and not have the issues I mentioned worked on. Many people that got there after me left before me and I was stuck waiting with no update.
