My complaint has nothing to do with Ram. Ram went above and beyond to try to figure out what went wrong. But the entire situation was frustrating and should have never happened. On Wednesday morning, I had an appointment at 7:40. Got there 20 minutes early just to make sure that I was there in time especially because I had a newborn baby with me. They took about an hour to finish service which was just a checkup of the entire car and a recall inspection. I was grateful that it only took an hour and went straight home. At about one in the afternoon, I came back out to my car to oil all over the ground. Clearly, something was not tightened and oil had completely drained out of my vehicle. I then called Honda to express my frustration. Seeing as they had just had it earlier in the day and was told that they didn’t understand why that had happened seen as they didn’t touch that part of the car. I was confused seeing as I requested a full inspection of the vehicle and on the back of the paperwork I was given when leaving earlier that morning, it said it was checked. I then had to get my car towed over to Honda to fix what they clearly had messed up. About 2 hours after my car being towed there, I was told that it was ready to be picked up. When I got there to pick up the vehicle, they said that something wasn’t tightened and that it was just bizarre. It was clearly a mess up on Honda‘s part or a mechanic at Honda so they said that they would send someone out the following day, which would be Thursday, to clean up the oil, that never happened. We bought this car almost exactly a year ago and ever since we bought it we have constantly had issues with Honda. My car has been in there three times just for routine maintenance and this is the second time I’ve had to bring it back after a mechanic at Honda touched it. Honda always promotes that they’re the helpful Honda guys, but that is definitely not the case. I was not the one that requested someone to come out and clean up the oil, it was either the manager or another worker that said that they would do that and yet it never happened. When purchasing another car in the future, we will never choose Honda again because I can no longer trust that when my car is being worked on at Honda, it’ll be done right.

Trinity makes us feel that we are her only priority when talking to her even though she is very busy. Also, she takes the time to review all repairs that where needed. We truly appreciate Trinity.
