It is not Trinity I am not happy with her customer service is outstanding but I am very frustrated because I had my car in the shop for quite a few days picked it up thinking everything was good to go. I picked it up this Monday here we are Wednesday and my panel is stating I need to see the dealer because it’s detecting a problem with my car.

We came in for a B1 service and the next day the car sensors started indicating that there was a brake system problem and to take the car to the dealership. The car was fine before we took it in to be serviced. Something must have happened when the car was being worked on. Now we need to go back to have it checked again. Super inconvenient.

Cuando sali de la ajencia mi ventilador estaba asiendo ruido y por no regresarme lo yeve a my mecanico i me dijo que el filtro de la cabina estaba mal puesto y lo malo es que es la segunda bes que pasa en la ajensia lo rebisan y no lo debuelben bien y se queda el ventilador asiendo mucho ruido.

Anthony Sanchez has been an awesome service writer. I am rather disappointed, though that the vibration in the driver side mirror a higher speeds can’t be fixed according to the tech. I was told that it happens in all the vehicles. I will be contacting Honda regarding this issue.
