I mentioned when I set my appointment that my lights needed to be checked, especially the taillight. When I arrived I also mentioned it that I wanted them checked to make sure they were working. When I picked up my car, I reminded my agent for the second time and he assured me they were checked. When I got home I was told one of my tail lights wasn’t working. I mentioned it at least twice and was told it was fine when it clearly wasn’t.

I was satisfied with my service thou there’s time I wish I should’ve took my business elsewhere. I called 2 months ago regarding my recall and was told to wait because parts weren’t available I followed up because I hadn’t received a notification to find out now appts were being made clear out to May, when I called to speak with a Manager I was sent to his vm to whom never took the time to call me back. When I did go in for my oil change I waited over 20 mins to be checked it and while sitting there I didn’t see anyone in any hurry to assist what I did see was uncalled for when you have ppl waiting to be checked in.

My only friction point is that it took 35 minutes from arriving for my 10:40am appointment to get checked in with a S/A. S/A was great, very helpful and the service department had the vehicle completed ahead of the projected delivery time which is always a pleasant surprise!

I really appreciate the fact that Trinity was the only person who helped me out in fixing my windshield wipers it's a dangerous situation to drive without them in the rain which I have many times almost loosing my life because that's how I bought my Honda Civic Sport, I didn't know that my wipers were broken until it rained and when I brought it to the dealership attention the person that was assigned to me didn't help me after I pleaded with him and even the manager at that time said no because that the screw that was in the windshield wiper was not of Honda Dealership, even knowing that I have a warranty on my car where Honda has to service me until 2029 or until it's 60,000. Trinity was the only person that helped me out and is ordering the part to fix my windshield wipers I'm super satisfied with her service which made me think the last time I visited the Dealership and they didn't want to help me, the whole time they rejected my plead to please fix the problem to my car they could have but didn't they let me risk my life and let me drive with out windshield wipers. But Trinity didn't do that to me I'm so greatful and very thankful to have her attend to me it was a blessing from God!

Price for oil change was higher and because i didn’t bring my mailer coupon i was told i couldn’t get my discount . Perhaps policy has changed but I’ve always been given the discount before whenever i didn’t have my coupon. I take my vehicle to you only and for many years.
Just saying ????.
Thanks for changing my oil and I’ll return for more service in the future, just give us a lil break when we don’t have a coupon ????
