Alex was respectful and what I appreciate about my experience with him is I felt safe with him as my advisor. Sometimes in the auto industry advisors can come off sharky. He did not. Also, the greeter who checked me in to the service department was so nice Wishing me a great day when I left, and that really made me feel good.

Trinity was very busy with other clients on Friday when I needed to pick up my car and get to my next commitment. There was nobody else to help me while she took care of two other clients and their concerns. Eventually I found another employee who could help me check out my car and get on my way. Please provide enough staff to take care of customers who have already paid online and just need to check out.

Came to get a car part replacement for free per the phone representative. Arrived, was told est 4 hours wait time. 5 hours later, still not done. 1 hour prior, sent a text to ask for any updates, no response. Sent another text just 9 min ago, no response (51 min gap from first text). First time here to have car for service, very disappointed. I should've went to the Honda dealer where I bought the car from. 24 min since my last text message, still no reply. The rep didn't even bother to come to the service waiting area. I had to walk up to look for her. Absolutely disappointed.
