Your team took way too long to service my vehicle. Only went in for an oil change and spent 2 1/2 hrs there. Also the coffee machine was working and my service rep was rude and lazy asked if she could change the news in the kids corner instead of the news and she said for me to go tell the receptionist. She had a very poor service. I normally pay $55.00 to $57.00 bucks today I paid over $70.00. Very unsatisfied
