Ram is unlike most customer service people that I have ever encountered. His professionalism, knowledge and friendliness are uncommon. It would be a huge mistake to allow him leave your employment for any reason. This is the type of individual that NRHS should want to keep forever.

I took my car in for a Recall and got back my car with my steering wheel alignment off. Now I have to come out my own pocket to get it aligned. I am not satisfied!

The vehicle was taken to Norms Reves Honda on 11-20-24 because it locked. After we found out through the mobile app the vehicle had a recall. On 11-22-24 I received a text message saying the vehicle was ready to be picked up. I responded by asking if the recall on the vehicle had been fixed. I never received a response back. Through our amazing sales representative we found out more information about the vehicle. Until today 12-5-24 the recall has the been fixed and the reason why the vehicle locked is still unknown. Genaro never had the cutesy to keep up dater on the vehicle, he didn’t even had the vehicle checked well enough to know the vehicle had a recall. I’m extremely disappointed employees like Genaro represent Honda. The lack of communication and customer service is inexcusable. I’m paying car payments and insurance on a vehicle is no longer trustworthy and I don’t have access to since 11-20-24. Before this issue the vehicle was taken in for another problem.

My service appointment to have my oil change was handled quickly and without problems. Trinity was a pleasure to deal with and took care of my paperwork perfectly and even came to find me in your dealership showroom when my car was ready. One thing I am a bit concerned about is, and it has nothing to do with this visit or Trinity, there are two recalls for my particular vehicle, one for a steering issue and one for the fuel injection system, that you don't have the parts for to correct the problems. That causes me a great deal of dissatisfaction and worry. I would like to know when the parts are going to arrive so I can bring my car back and have these issues resolved ASAP. Please let me know when that will happen.
