My husband took the car to the service line, was told to wait in the lobby, no paperwork was given. After over 45 minutes he went to check on the progress, they told him to talk to the guy in the 3rd booth, no one was there so while the other agents were walkung by and talking no one came for another 15 minutes. He was not happy with this experience. My first service was the total opposite.

My service provider was great. He was able to help me set up an oil change without any problems.
The main issue I had was the wait time to get my service done. My appointment was at 10:15, it took 3 hours for me to get a simple oil change done. When I got there it was estimated an hour and 40. I eventually took the shuttle home because of how long the wait was going to be. However, to not get any updates saying the time would be was extremely annoying. Not until I reached out asking for a status update did I get some indication of when my car would be done.If I was told if I would of stayed instead of going home my car would of been ready faster, I would of have. But it was ridiculous for my car to take so long to get a simple oil change and to not be given any heads up for the longer wait time.

Critical findings for repair were not discussed w me...i was "waiting" and avalable in the lobby. After ipaid for the oil change. I was informed to check my phone text which i did when i got home. The recommendations were all marked declined.
Service could have been improved by someone coming to speak w me whike i was waiting considering there were several "critical" findings.
