Presented with bill. Service incomplete. Tire pressure missing. Repair tech told her he forgot. Measured. Advised 30 pressure. That's incorrect I told her. Factory's pressure for my car is 32 and I told her. She advised tech. He corrected. I bill agreement for $1389. Final bill showed $1429. I paid but don't appreciate the bait and switch. Am your customer for many yrs. As an 84 yr old had to correct tech. Both apologized.

Service advisor promise to return all uninstalled parts to me when I drop off my Pilot for timing belt kit replacement, technician gave me other car uninstalled parts at my pickup. Our dealership loss credit for breaking our business promise. What is the difference between us and other small workshop if we cheat customers for major maintenance service????????
