Genaro was patient, professional, and willing to take the time to hear me out on what the issue/concern I had and he resolved it fully. He took take care of me in a timely manner and made me feel heard. I have not returned to Norm Reeves Honda because of longer wait times than expected and distrust in what has been said to me regarding wait times in the past but I will come back because Genaro restored that belief that I can be taken care of, especially when I have taken my vehicles there several times. Sean and his team was great. They provided me with recommendations and a link which provided visually what needed to be repaired. Low beam headlight was out. Boots on the front tires were cracked. I really appreciate the visual evidence. When I texted Sean regarding the estimated time for the repairs to be completed,he responded right away and his team completed the repairs by the time he promised.
