Yulissa Ramos helped me really nice and great customer service, the only issue I have is I went in for an diagnostic for my AC and valve cover gasket , the AC is working now but now that I got my gasket replaced I’m hearing a weird noise coming from my engine , idk if the mechanic didn’t put it in right or something went wrong when I the mechanic replaced the gasket , I never heard the noise before , I went in to a dealership so a professional can install my gasket right , I don’t think it’s fair that I pay money for a job that’s not done right , I waited 3 days to see if the noise will go away but I finally looked under the hood and I see that the noise is coming from where the gasket was replaced, I hope to get a reply back so we can resolve the issue and have my car looked at
