I took my veh on Oct 7th 2020 because it wasnt starting. I was told that it was my battery however my warranty had expired on Oct 2020. Thus, my battery wasnt no longer covered under warranty and I had to pay out of pocket. I find it odd that they couldnt reach out to the Honda Warranty Dept and see if they could covered it under "goodwill or policy adjustments" instead I was told you are out of warranty. My warranty had expired 6 days ago and not months or years. I am disappointed that the attempt was never made to see if they could have covered it.

The young man who helped me was very polite and he was very educated on my repairs I appreciated that of good service I just want to say most of the time I always have good service I never have any problems when taking my car to Hond. West Covina. And I believe the prices are more reasonable than any other Honda dealership , that I am surrounded by home and I drive all the way to West Covina From East Los Angeles because of there honesty and good service.
