I got there at 10 am for my appointment, once my car was checked in for maintenance, I asked if I can get a ride home, Juan explained that due to the pandemic that was not possible. I understood, I told him that I was going to waite there for my car and he replied ok I will look for you when the car is ready. Around 12:30 he saw me and he said he is been looking for me because the car has other issues that needed to be fix. With out talking to me he when ahead and authorized the repairs because I had warranty, by the time he told the repairs were being done, around 2 pm he came to me that other parts needed to be replaced.
I did not leave your location after 3 pm.
He talked that the deferential, and think he was talking about the tire tights that oil was leaking. I needed to be informed the minute he knew my car had issues. I also understand you guys were very busy. I was scheduled to work at 12 noon and I missed work for the lack of communication on his behalf. He knew I was there if he didn't see me he should called me.
I am very upset with his approach in this matter.
You should take pictures of the parts that are being replaced or changed and show then to the customers.
