Appointment was at 11:00am. Waited 20 mins for Juan to check me in.
He said service would take less than 90 mins, and would text me when car was ready. After 120 mins I called to service dept to ask about my vehicle. Juan told me verbally the the car was ready. I asked why he didn’t text me. He said he was “swamped”. I picked up the car at 2:00pm.
Juan text me that my car was ready at 4:59pm.
3 hours after I had picked up My Car. How’s that for Honda service HaHa !!

Yesterday, I was informed that my car needed additional repairs on top of the oil change I scheduled. I was informed that the rear shock absorbers were leaking. After speaking with the representative and due to the pressures of the pandemic, I agreed to the repair which was an additional $200. Before agreeing, I mentioned the shock absorbers were an issue before. On 8/04/18, the same repair was performed by your team. Less than 20,000 miles more, the same repair was recommended and performed by your team. Additionally, I overheard another representative telling a customer the same issue was happening with their vehicle. I can't help but think that the repair on the shock absorbers was not necessary yesterday. Unbelievable!

Here's how it went. Called for an emergency appointment and Julie was very helpful and got me in the next day. Stopped by the evening before to leave the van and Mr.Phan was helpful. Things got bad when he said that he was going to ask his 'director'for advice and the the so called director who was on duty at 4.30 pm on 08/31, did not even get up to check the problem and basically said go away. If he worked for me, I would have rolled his head. Luckily for me and norm reeves Honda, Joshua came on the scene. He was attentive, polite, and a benefit to your organization. Got the job done, explained the follow up, and sent me back happy. Instead of to metro Honda. Get your senior staff in hand.
