I brought the car in for several problems, one of them was a loud buzz from the door locks when they lock. I picked the car up and was surprised that, that problem was still apparent. Paul our service advisor quickly jumped in the car with me and confirmed that the problem had not been completely taken care of. Paul was very sensitive and empathetic about the situation and will call me back to make arrangements to bring the car back Monday or Tuesday. I paid a fair amount of money to have the problem taken care of and was upset but the problem had not been resolved.
