There was confusion meanwhile going over the multipoint inspection. I would appreciate a little more detail regarding what it means when a certain part of the car is in yellow and how long until it is recommended to get that serviced. Overall, Juan was very nice and willing to help.

The service manager was very courteous, and completed the service of two recalls on sliding doors and rear view camera on my newly purchased Odyssey. Brandon was able to completed the service ahead of the promised time. I was ready provide great feedback. However, the next I Noticed the door assembly of the right-side sliding door is loose! The door would then sometimes jam. In addition, the window of that sliding door cannot be lowered. Unfortunately I would need to call on Monday to schedule a Recheck of what’s wrong with the newly serviced door. Therefore my feedback will need to wait.
