I purchased a car 2017 Honda accord on July 11 2020 with 62 thousand miles and paid Honda in West covina to do a full Diagnostics on the vehicle and tell me everything that's wrong with the vehicle because I need to pay to be a go off and I don't have time for repairs and I don't have money for repairs so anyhow they told me that there was going to be a goal they fleshed out the fluids in I replaced it tension or in the built tension or and then after that my car V cout transmission fluid I drove the car without transmission fluid the transmission is in turn internally damaged and now the back of camera is not working eagles black so you know in in in in they said it was AOA bearing that was no good and the axle connected to the transmission but these are kinds of things that year they were supposed to thoroughly look at and tell me what's wrong with in you know let me know how to get everything fixed 1 by 1 so I'm totally unhappy I'm really disappointed

The Honda serviceman told me that I needed a particular service completed on my car that should be completed every year. I asked him “why no other service tech had ever mentioned this to me before, when I purchased my car there in 2014 and only have it serviced there?” He then began to search his computer to see if the service had ever been completed on my car before, it had not. So he apologized for something that was not his fault.
Other than this disappointment, the service was excellent, I always receive excellent service when bringing in my car and Valentin was a gentleman.
