I'm a first-time Honda owner, and I was greatly satisfied with the efficiency of people that work in service department. You don't find too many people being courteous nowadays, but the gentleman in the service department, Anthony, he was very friendly, and explained, pretty much, what I needed to know about what parts exactly needed replacing

Anthony Sanchez in Service is WONDERFUL to work with! He is excellent at following through on what he says he will do. He is taking terrifc care of me, a customer and NRHS. I always ask for him. He is also honest and takes time to explain things.
On the other hand, the gals answering the phones could do with some additional training on how to communicate with customers. A couple of them failed to answer my SPECIFIC question and dumped me off on a voicemail that didn't even have a recording about who it belonged to - so I didn't know if it even ended up in the right place. Hope the feedback helps! Thanks for all your years of service to me!
