Joshua Martinez was very professional, gracious, and extremely personable. After greeting me while I was sitting in my car, he suggested I wait for him at his work station inside the Honda dealership because it was cooler inside where I would be more comfortable. While filling out the service paperwork, he took the time to ask me about my day and was very genuine. He left a good impression with me. I found myself thinking about what a nice young man he was and how fortunate Honda is for having him as one of their employees.

The representative was standoffish and did not do a great job informing me about my service. It felt like I was just a number and he was trying to get me off his list. As usual, the visit took nearly 2 hours for an oil change despite having an appointment, which is why I don’t come to this dealership anymore. In regards to COVID precautions, there was no one regulating or disinfecting the waiting area. I will keep my future appointments at the Alhambra location, since they are more efficient and customer service oriented.
