I liked the attention to detail that was demonstrated by the technical team working on our car. The customer service representative was very courteous, knowledgeable and kept us updated with the repairs process and progress. The only thing I miss is the customer shuttle service that used to make dropping off and picking up our car so much easier. Now we had to find rides to and from the dealership and it wasn’t easy. Otherwise everything was great!
