Everything was fine and prices were great. I didn't realize Honda stopped complementary car washes when spending$ on services due to drought in California. I think that is A BS answer that was given to me by one of your customer service rep that called me back later on today on a missed call he received?.

After I had returned the rental car and retrieved my car there was confusion about whether I had returned it. I had updated my phone number multiple times but you continued to contact my husband instead of me. This made what should have been a fun experience (buying a new car) very stressful because my lovely car got damaged during the wash before I took ownership of it, I had to turn it in and drive a rental for two days and then was accused of keeping the rental when I picked up my car.

Trinity was nice, but I'm disappointed with Honda for not going above and beyond for their customers. I understand that there's no coffee and donuts due to covid19, but Honda should let people know that there is no shuttle when they make the appointment so they can arrange for transportation to and from Honda. Also I asked for a car wash and was told that they no longer did them, although I did get one last time I came. I think that Honda should at least offer car washes if they cannot offer other extra services to their customers. Other dealerships wash the cars.
