My fluids were not topped off. I just finished adding my own engine coolant because the reservoir was empty.
I was told that my brake fluid was extremely dirty. I just had that changed 6 months ago by my other mechanic, so I was surprised to hear that. I checked the fluid in the reservoir. It was clear and appeared clean. I wonder what else in the recommended service is not actually needed.
The reason I bring my car to Honda for an oil change is for the world class inspection. Seeing that there’s no inspection or topping of fluids, I’ll get better service at Valvoline oil change and will pay less.
I made an appointment for 720am and arrived on time for express oil change. We were told on arrival that the oil change could take 90 minutes. The person was very nice, but it was a surprise to hear that the oil change could take 90 minutes when I had somewhere to be in an hour.

Long wait times on hold waiting to make a phone payment only to be told that you no longer take phone payments and I would need to come in to make payment. A friend brought my car in and waited until it was done so I had no way of getting there. Also was told that no one from Honda could come and get payment from me. Finally someone figured out how to take payment by phone but this took almost an hour
