Wait time from point of contact to end of service was about 3 hrs (walk in). Although I only came in for a flat tire I ended up purchasing all four. I understand that wait times are longer for non appointments and peak service hours are to be considered. However 3 hours is excessive. I think 2 hr wait time is fair and reasonable. I had no issues with your customer service representative Trinity. Considering the pandemic I would highly recommend that the customers’ seats
need to be covered with the protective plastic that was placed on the seats and windshield prior to any Honda employee entering the vehicle and removed when the car is delivered. This practice was not observed and my concern is that (although unintentional) cross contamination may occur as your employees enter multiple vehicles. This was observed over a 3 hour period. I understand that as a company you are adjusting to the pandemic as well and you have protocols in place that suggest you are doing your best. I am a health care provider and am advocating for your employees and my personal health as well. Otherwise your customer service has been consistently very good.
