Paul was great. Stayed on top of status of my car and advocated on my behalf with extended warranty company. He notified us at every pint in the process and was extremely patient and responsive.

Completely satisfied with Paul’s service. However, because my Pilot is out of warranty, I am being denied a fare shake from neither Norm Reeves nor American Honda in regards to reoccurring, inherent electrical issues. Had alternator replaced two weeks ago. If the battery was failing at that time, I was not informed, neither verbally or in writing. For the second time in two weeks had to call roadside assistance-car would not start. I was told my one rear old high end high cranking Interstate battery was bad. Had no voice but to let dealer replace battery for further diagnostics. Forfeited money for expensive prorated battery and assume will pay full price for new Honda battery. All considered, Norm Reeves did not correct obvious I inherent electrical issues which as I speak dealer still trying to solve. Meanwhile, I’m still racking up a bill. I have little confidence that Honda has the answers because I believe the electrical system has inherent design flaws.

I think Brandon did an exceptional job today with assuring I got the best service. However a lot of the employees at this establishment were wearing their face masks at their chins and not covering their mouth and nose which was a little unsettling and part of the reason I did not wait for my car there.
