Everything was great, from beginning until the end part. I saw my car being parked by the attendant, done from service. I waited for the associate to release my vehicle. I was wondering why its taking so long, i asked the other honda personnel whats holding my vehicle to be released. He looked for my paperwork, he said the guy helping me was at the back doing email. He got my paperworks from that guy. Why let your customer wait for “upto 2 Hrs” when their vehicle is ready for release?
