Although the software was updated on my vehicle, the problem with multiple lights displaying on my dashboard hasn’t gone away. I purposefully scheduled the appointment on a day off so I could take care of the issue, and I was assured it was taken care of. I even asked for a comprehensive multi-point inspection (thinking it was more involved than the typical MPI, but I was informed otherwise.
Additionally, after the rep calls to let you know when the vehicle is ready, he takes off for lunch. This was the second time he did this, and then another rep had to complete the process.

I only got oil change done cause dealer prices are always high, for items like tires and alignment they were recommending! I prefer to shop around as this is 2nd set of tires and my CRV only has 50,000 miles only!
Being self employed we watch our budget & prices.
If there was room room to negotiate then I didn’t .
