I waited 25 min after my appt out in the lanes for A service advisor to come out. The only person that kept bugging me was a guy that was trying to sell me tires for my car. I didn’t like the service when I dropped off the car. Other than that the service advisor was great.

Ramblin was a personable efficient and calm demeanor service advisor . I also like to mention Eduardo the man who welcomes us when we line up for our appointment as he has basic knowledge on Honda cars when I returned as I just left and noticed the light of tire pressure on. As I returned eduardo was walking up and he recognized I was just there for service and he asked me what happened. Eduardo said he can do the reset on my 2022 HRV and the technician just forgot to do it. Eduardo did it well.
