The car repair - fine. But.... your courtesy shuttle... I was told one would pick me up in 15 - 30 min... I called after 45... was told one wasn't available... offered an uber... got a text that wasn't available... two hours to try to get a ride.... I ended up calling my own Lyft and paying $20 for the 3 mile ride.... which I could have done myself, and had my car back 2 hours earlier.... if you had just been honest that you were too busy to pick me up.....
