I am furious and will return tomorrow to talk to Oscar. He said my records showed I had never replaced the water pump on my 11-year-old car! He convinced me that I shouldn’t wait to do so although I first declined that service recommendation. Trusting him, I did as he recommended and had the pump replaced today. I looked at my records when I got home and the pump was replaced less than 3 years ago and less than 23K miles ago.

Everything was great as usual. The only issue I had is when they pulled up my car for me to take home it was filthy! Dirt covered my entire car and there were finger print on my driver side and windows. I brought my car washed and clean and they gave me a filthy car back.

I had an appointment at 9am on January3rd, but my vehicle was taken only at 2pm. Honda Rep did not update the status. Because it was delayed, I have to deny few services. Management need to take vehicles based on how much you can handle and then learn how to honor appointments.
I will not bring my vehicle for service to this location any more. I sm giving zero for my service experience at Freeway Honda.
