The problem is still not resolved. And communication was terrible. I had to call multiple times to get an update. May be because it’s holiday time. My car was perfectly fine until I got it for a fuel pump recall service and now I started getting all kinds of check engine light with error codes related to emission failure. Got the car into the shop twice and it’s still not fixed.

I visited the dealership and waited 30 minutes before they took my car. I requested a shuttle, and they said it would take 20 minutes. After waiting, I was told the shuttle would first go to Irvine, then Tustin, and Santa Ana would be last. Frustrated, I took an Uber instead. When I returned to pick up my car, I was directed to the cashier and then outside, but no one provided any information about what was done to the car, if there’s any warranty, or if the multipoint inspection was completed. The overall experience felt like the dealership didn’t care about its customers.

I’m pleased with the quality of the repair, but I was unhappy with how long it took to complete. I had to continuously follow up to check if my vehicle was ready or not. I dropped it off at 8:30 AM and it wasn’t finished until 5:30 PM.
