Incorrect price quoted over the phone for a wheel alignment. Then, the wrong part was listed on invoice resulting in a $200 overcharge. Took 45 minutes for your staff to correct the error I found. I had a miserable experience with Spreen Honda when I purchased the vehicle and you guys aren’t much better. I look forward to no longer having to deal with any Honda dealerships in the future.
