Ask Michael about anymore discounts or coupons offered and he never followed back up with me and when I came in to pick up my car I was just brought to the cashier and then to my car. I would have expected to be brought back to Michael and be asked how the process went but that never happened.

The Honda service team did a fantastic job on my car, thank you! I went in for a couple of issues but they found a few more. I was there for several hours but it was well worth it. Knowing everything is taken care of and the car is safe, I’m very happy. I bought this car at Honda Santa Ana in 2008 and it has been the best car I ever had. Oscar was great! Yes, was happy to get my tire fixed. But they left white stuff cake on my rim. I had to ask what that white stuff was. The man that gave me my car back, had no problem cleaning it off. Would have been nice if they would have took that stuff off before giving it back to me. Other then that was a good experience. All employees were nice and kind.

My feedback to improve is dealing with unexpected situations. Debit machine was down. Understandable that it will take time to fix however the need to attend to the customers was lacking. Waited 30min before the service attendant decided to use another debit machine from another office.
