I have not trusted dealership mechanics for many many years. I have had a very bad experience with them not being honest and upfront. My personal experience has been they are not trustworthy and always recommending service that does not need to be done until I met Erick. He cared enough to listen to me. He permitted me to actual see the part that was not working so that I would trust him when he told me what needed to be repaired. He has restored my confidence in allowing dealership mechanics to service my car.
