There are no complaints on Saib, in fact he helped as much as possible. The manager of the service department on the other hand by the name of Jamie, was very uninterested by what we were voicing, he could care less about how long we had to wait for a job that was not well done in the first place. When an issue was brought up to his attention I felt was present after the work was done, he only made us feel as if we were in the wrong, and we knew nothing unlike his 30 year experience in the field. There was nothing more he could do and only continued on saying the issue I was concerned about was no issue at all and everything was fine with my car. I was there 2 hours from the time I picked up my car going back and fourth telling them of the many issues I noticed. Like the remote controls not programmed to how they were originally, Scratch marks on the drivers side door, dirty hand prints all over my car door, driver's door was not placed correctly and jammed when closing it, and lastly the lock button seemed a bit loose and jumpy after the fact. I told Jamie the original issue was the door lock not opening and jammed and my controls not reading the alarm. Therefore, I assumed fixing the motor issue should have not left the lock loose or jumpy. Jaime said their job had nothing to do with the lock and there was nothing on their end they could do as this was a separate issue. It is very disappointing to know I have been a loyal customer since 2010 in that location and yet the quality of work given was poor and the communication and professionalism by the manager was very unpleasant.
