Michael was fine. He did his job. But he/Honda should have gone further. My new HR-V was delivered to me with no Freon installed! Yes they diagnosed and fixed the problem but there was no apology on behalf of Honda.... no acknowledgment whatsoever of the inconvenience caused me as a result of some Honda’s employee’s gross oversight.
