My wife and I repeatedly asked to confirm that the advertised April special of 10% of parts and labor was applied to the repairs. Each time we were told it was. After reviewing the bill the advertised discount was not applied to the repairs performed on the vehicle- only 10% off labor only on one component of service.

He also showed me how to interpret what the msgs Honda puts on the dash board for the upcoming services. He was very courteous.
