There wasn’t a lot of customers waiting. I thought it would take about a hour just to check my car battery but it took two hours for me to get out of there. They could of told me to leave vehicle and come back for it. I was late getting back to work. As for MIGUEL he was very nice and explained everything to me. He gave good customer overall.

I felt truly appreciated and welcomed upon arrival, I was greeted and show. Where to go by one of the service staff as I brung my vehicle around I was greeted by the same Service Worker and Kenya throughout the whole paperwork process she was calm confident and made sure I understood what was all going too be done on the vehicle offered me something to drink and even asked if I had a way home in which she made arrangements for the shuttle to take me home I was notified when vehicle was ready and still they all showed me the same treatment as before very welcoming and full of life I would recommend any and everyone who’s either a first time buyer or looking to get another car to go and check out FreeWay Honda.
