Saib took care of my service very well. The first greeting when I pulled up my car with the individual in taking my car info was very nice. Thank you for the customer service. A bit expensive, but thankful for the service. discounts can bring us back more often.

I went into the service office earlier today and was not greeted by one single person, I walk straight ahead to the nearest employee working the desk just for him to give me a blank stare after looking up from his phone. There was an awkward few seconds there and his look made me feel as if I was bothering him, anywho I then proceeded to greet Him. I asked if he was available to help me, he answered “yeah”. I asked how much for an oil change he said “$56”, I then inquired about a side mirror which he still just stared at me as if there was something wrong, no smile, no nothing. After he said “if we have it yes you can buy it” I then said “ ok great!” ...(silent few seconds again) I then asked so can I go ahead and proceed. He then very rudely said “yes pull your car up”. Overall I hated this experience not to mention his very rude demeanor which matched his service. After feeling like a bother I left, went to run a few other errands then thought I really need to service my vehicle. I went back. Was greeted by Oscar and had the service and professionalism that I have had in the past at Honda. Very polite, friendly and approachable. As a mother I am very busy, my hands are full with my busy schedule, going to get maintenance done on my vehicle should not make a person feel like a bother. Oscar made sure I was content with my visit and honestly a positive attitude from one person can really make the difference in whether or not a person returns to this service location. I was more than happy with the professionalism, manners and accountability that was presented to me from Oscar. I will keep him in mind for any of my future needs.

Solid work on the car. Can't complain one bit. But please please please take a little time and make sure you're always projecting a positive attitude toward the customer. I know it's rough, but it goes a long way. Staying positive will help the staff there as well -- it really is contagious!

I was really hoping it was a minor problem and the car would be fixed before I needed it for work. I believe I was notified they received my car at 7:12 and the whole process was done in an hour and a half which is more quickly than I could of hoped for! Thanks so much for helping me out and for the prompt great service to all involved.

Erick gives me good, trusted advice about my car. He points out maintenance items I may be unaware of, I.e., windshield wiper blades today.
