Tech went through my center console, cup holder taken out of place, no reason for this as I was only there for an oil change. Manager didn’t care about that. Also the oil life wasn’t reset. Based on these things I’m not sure my oil / filter were even changed. Manager showed me oil filter on car, could have been just wiped clean, oil was still pretty dirty. Wasted 60 bucks. Getting my car serviced again tomorrow at a different location so my car isn’t ruined if you cheated me.

Very happy with the service from Freeway Honda. The crew that works at Freeway Honda are all very helpful to me when l wait for my car. Thanks. My only problem with my Honda is keeping rats out of my engine. I may try to trade it in for one that does not have rubber made from Soy.

This is the second time I’ve taken my Cr-V there for another problem with the display. It still isn’t fixed and I was told they’d contact me on Monday and I still haven’t heard back. I’ve called and texted to follow up on the matter and haven’t heard back.

I know the car is 20 yrs. Old but the card said oil change for lifetime and we never had any denial before until today I was wondering if u r under new management. Because that’s false advertisement
