The service rep Sabraw was good. Very friendly and very respectful. However, his time estimate was off. He said my vehicle would be done in about 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes, but the actual time I waited was 1 hour and 35 minutes.

I sent this email to honda customer service I have 2018 Odyssey and recently noticed hard shifting around 25mph. I looked online, and found other owners complaining about the same issue, and found info on TSB 19-124 which describes the symptom of my car. Simple google search reveals various online forums, discussing the same issue. Today I visited Freeway Honda in Santa Ana, CA and they were not very helpful and refused to the software update as specified in 19-124. They simply said they could not feel the hard shifting, and due to lack of warning light they will not do anything. Can you find me a service dept. near me that can solve this issue?
