I took my car in because my Tire Pressure warning came on. Within minutes of leaving Freeway Honda my Tire Pressure came back on. I tried taking my car back but was told that I couldn't be helped since they already stopped accepting vehicles for the day.

Since you are asking I would say you could work on improving your customer service. I was never greeted with a friendly genuine hello how are you doing today. I was asked a couple of times if I had been there before and when I said no there was no follow up reply. Like welcome to Freeway Honda - we appreciate you choosing us today. The work on my car was quoted for 3 - 4 hours and it took 6. The auto text messages I got were the most friendly but even then when I texted asking how much longer until my car was done I didn’t get a reply. And lastly when I picked up my car there were screws left on the driver side floor and on the passenger side floor were contents from my glove compartment dumped there. Guess they couldn’t bother to put them back. So I’m glad my recall work was done but I don’t see myself coming back to Freeway Honda in the future.
