Just want to say that the service provided by all of the staff was amazing. I've been coming here for the past 6 years and from the very 1st visit these guys have been very friendly, helpful and very professional. Freeway Honda has won my business for years and years to come.

I understand it was a day after the holiday but I waited at least 20 minutes in line to be attended and asked what kind of service I needed for the day. I was approached professionally and courteous by the guy with the clip board who speaks Spanish. I waited roughly for 2 hours with out a problem lounge was exciting and comfortable but no where did one of your employees offer water or some sort of refreshment. I’m not sure if it should be asked upon request. Any how my stereo needed a code and I asked for help and no one helped me I called a dealership in Yorba linda and quickly and efficiently they helped me

The service advisor was nice and everything else was good, but the amount of time it took to como the service was too long. I usually only wait one hour for my A1/B1 service. This time it took almost two hours and it wasn’t that busy.

He was very professional, knowledgeable and very polite as well. I want to trust him and all the mechanics as far as doing not just the job right but also doing everything I paid for. I’m not trying to be rude, but this is based on bad experiences that I had in the past with other Honda dealerships. I know it takes time to get to know the person to be able to really trust him or her and I’m willing to do that. Thank you and Merry Christmas to all of you.
